Hudson Heights may be getting a new micro-restaurant. Chef James Moran, a local resident, may be opening a new restaurant at the former Vines on Pine location. Mr. Moran is associated with celebrity chef Todd English, who runs at least a dozen top-notch restaurants in NYC and elsewhere. According to a reputable source, Mr. Moran plans a small plates and Mediterranean-inspired restaurant of about 30 seats at the former wine store.
My mouth is watering already.
