    Patrick's guess - underneath Associated along the steps at 187th st.

    Yes, Patrick was correct. Its the area underneath Chase Bank and Associated Supermarket at 187th Street.

    The Gazette's new policy is to send the eyesore of the week to the offending party where possible. And this is headed to JP Morgan-Chase and Associated.
