Neighborhood Vacancy: Ouellete Hats
Ouellette Hats, a custom hat shop by Jennifer Ouellette is now closed. The studio/store first opened on 181st Street between Pinehurst and Cabrini (just next door to 181 Cabrini) in 2007.

Vegetarian/Vegan restaurant or cafe, perhaps with a Latin theme? Wishful thinking, but here's to hoping for the chance that a wealthy chef/entrepreneur with a conscious and deep pockets reads this post!!!
