At least Ruddy Thompson's stalled development site on Overlook Terrace has improved in the past few months. The subway entrance is uncovered and the site's fencing is graffiti-free.
Looks so much better. I still wish they'd put a speed bump there or a flashing yellow light. Especially at night, it's a little nervewracking to exit the subway and cross the street there because of the curving road. Also, there are several sight-impaired people who get off at that exit and it's especially a potential hazard for them as well.
Is there any new info as to if/when this development may resume? There were articles back in April about the project getting back underway, but nothing has happened.
