    I was disappointed to read that the new Hudson 192 building on Broadway will have a store called Deals (a division of Family Dollar) in their ground floor commercial space. That was NOT very wise of the developer to rent to them.
    Why...because nothing says living in a 'luxury building' than being above a dollar store!!
