Call for Volunteers: Citizens Observation Patrol

On occasion we post about news and events that are taking place beyond the scope of Hudson Heights.  This should be of interest to residents of both Washington Heights and Inwood.  On Wednesday evening, there's going to be a meeting about the formation of a Civilian Observation Patrol to promote a higher quality of life in the neighborhood.   If you're concerned about safety in your neighborhood or would like to take a more active role in contributing to your community, please consider attending.
