Visit www.nyc.gov and pick "film/theater" from the list of city agency websites. <br /><br />The Mayor has aggresively courted movie and TV producers in the past decade as a way of raising revenue. There were constantly people behind our building at 190th/Ft. Wash. talking loudly after 9 pm at night as well as early (4:30 am) in the morning. It was as if they didn't realize that they were right outside our windows.
