Washington Park, I cri...As a frequent runner in Ft. Washington Park, I cringe every time I run through this section & have to see all the trash everywhere. It's as if we're in a third-world country! Not as if other parks in NYC are any better, but clearly because this is my neighborhood it literally hits close to home.
